Located in Yuen Long’s Tsz Tong Tsuen, this red brick house operates as a flea market by day and transforms into a private kitchen by night. The Hakka-style dishes are specially crafted by Ng Wing-ho, a veteran chef with over 20 years culinary experience.
The menu that kept us busy for 3 hours
1. Cold Fish Maw with cucumber
2. Seafood thick soup
3. Duck stuffed with chestnut and Glutinous Rices
4. Battered Oysters
5. Steamed fish slices, mushrooms in cabbage wrap
6. Chilled Garlic Prawns
7. Braised pork with tofu skin
8. Steamed Tofu with shrimp roes
9. Warm red dates cake
They are due to shift next week ... so I guess this is my first and last time eating there. Glad I had the chance :>
