10 Feb 20231st stop of the Mayo Spirit tour. The valley and waterfalls were carved by a glacier lake that broke and caused an avalanche 20 years ago. Black beech forest broken tree trunks with it black flat-rocky beach gives this a very "prehistoric" feel
