Salmon Museum 三面川

Our first stop is to the museum, where we got to know how Aoto Buheiji implemented splitting the river into 3 flows, protecting the spawning grounds of the salmons in Miomote river. His efforts revived a declined salmon population, and created a sustainable economic model for salmon cuisines and trade in Murakami. Best example of ESG. Besides the usual exhibits, the museum has a tunnel which leads to an interesting partial underwater view of the Miomote river.
