The famous fried Char Koay Kak 粿角 (aka fried carrot cake)，nice texture and wok hei.

Old school Hokkien prawn noodles packed with unami and sweetness. The Lor Mee is the interesting one, not as starchy as SG version and I think they use the prawn broth as a base.
