Hike to Gangteng Monestary

Joined the "morning forager" group today. Left at 7am to explore the wetland and hills before the 2nd group joins us for the hike to Gangteng Monastery.

Scenic views of the valley, visited a private temple, sitting among the alpine flowers, funny "conversations" with a local herder who wanted to exchange Peter's shoes ... 😂

Highlights are the Amanita mushroom, magic mushroom, yellow coloured caterpillar of moth, striking butterflies, etc
