Cherry Blossom Beef Ribs

Trying out a more "fine dining" styled Hanwoo restaurant to compare it with the traditional experience.

Ordered 2 set lunches so that we can compare their signature Hanwoo Beotkkot-galbi (벚꽃갈비) ( aka their cherry blossoms hanwoo beef ribs, marinated with honey harvested from cherry blossom, only available in this restaurant in Changwon)
vs Myeongga Special (명가특선), their standard marinated beef ribs.

I am never a great fan of marinates but I must say I am impressed. It was mildly sweet/tart and compliments the meat taste without overwhelmingly it.

Banchans were also well made, Iced kimchi, Gondre rice with thistle leaf and perilla oil, etc.
