Busan - BBQ Pork at Gohasoon

One of the best BBQ pork we had to-date. Great meat quality in a modern setting, and most importantly great enthusiastic staff that helped grilled the meat to perfection.

Aged special pork collar, pork ribs, pork jowl and the pork rind. Added the spring water celery.

Went well with the Hallasan Soju from Jeju and awesome banchans. Yummy.
