Choru Vinegar Park

The primary reason we came to hike this reservoir was to visit this vinegar park. The building spots a modern minimalist design. Designed to be "hidden", which explains why I cannot a full-view shot of the building.

Situated in the vicinity of good ground water and good local rice, making it a good candidate to produce high quality vinegar.

We pre-ordered the tasting set,
- vinegar drink (Oolong yuzu, berry vinegar) with a set of vinegar snacks.
- Rice Lees with Red Bean, rice cake balsamic mango vinegar, rice crisp, pumpkin seed with vinegar, sesame with yuzu.

Of course, you need to check out the toilet, a tastely designed "vinegar themed" outfit.
