Boseong - Nakji Octopus

For lunch, another local delicacy, Nakji octopus caught off the boseong mudflats.

Equally flavourful was the pen razor clam as a soup. Firm texture with creamy taste, sort of similar to scallops. Sweet unami in the broth.

This store does their own catch and all banchans are authentic made in the stall.
