Gangnueng - Bohemian Coffee

A trip to visit Park I-Chun's Bohemian Cafe. The man who is known as the 1st generation barista that started the artisan coffee culture in korea.

Liked his philosophy and roasting style. Both pourovers I tried retained a good body (not overly light) and still had much flora and nuances. His style is labelled as "Italian/Japanese".

There is another Bohemian roasters outlet, but this is the main branch where he still serves on Thursday to Sunday only. Not an easy place to get to, I guess that why many described it as a coffee pilgrimage type of place 😆
