Pohang - Red Crab Ramen
9 Apr 2026Modern noodle bar - Honggue Kalguksu (Hand cut noodles with red snow crab).
The 2 ladies who ran the place spoke good english. The crab broth was sweet and nicely balanced.
My favourite combination was adding the Crab miso to a scoop of rice, together with a scoop of crab broth. Super good.
