A certified korean 100 yr old store, 4 generations specialising in serving 파전 Pajeon - savory Korean pancake.

Sea snails are also one of their specialities. Stir-fried with bean sprouts and a creamy nutty sauce, guessing ground perilla seeds. We loved the sauce. The snails tasted very different from escargot, they were sweet and literally burst with a sea-filled taste.
