Busan - Pork Soup Rice
2-5 Apr 2026There are so many stores in Busan serving pork meat soup with rice. While this dish originated here, each store has a different style, clear vs milky soup base, traditional vs fusion.
Overall, we prefer this modern fusion style, which we later found out was also a michelin select stall.
